The hotel had a perfect location, close to Times Square and many NYC attractions. The rooms were decent in size but unfortunately dirty, especially the bathroom. The service was a mix of rude and friendly staff, with helpful individuals like the doorman. The dining experience ranged from poor to unexpectedly pleasant. Overall, the facilities were somewhat lacking.
